Commercial floors need a maintenance plan that reflects the material, foot traffic and working hours. A clear plan helps you deal with soil before it builds up and organise cleaning around your business.
Build a routine
Use suitable entrance mats, remove loose soil regularly and deal with spills promptly. Busy routes may need more attention than quieter rooms. Follow the floor manufacturer’s instructions for products and equipment.
Choose the method for the floor
Carpet tiles, fitted carpets, tile and grout, and hard-floor finishes require different treatment. We check the surface and condition before recommending extraction, low-moisture work or another suitable approach.
No method is automatically risk-free. Existing damage, coatings, installation and previous products can affect the work.
Plan access and drying
Tell us about opening hours, furniture, parking, access and areas that must remain usable. Evening or weekend appointments can be discussed. Drying time depends on the method and conditions; we agree the practical arrangements beforehand.
Get a quote for the actual job
Commercial cleaning is quote based. Send photographs, floor types, approximate areas and the frequency of work you need. We agree the scope and total before booking, with a £55 minimum total per visit.
